Maintain and develop an Iraqi Business Council in Abu Dhabi on economic and scientific bases for the active participation in Iraq Reconstruction.

• Encourage Iraqi businessmen and professionals residing in Abu Dhabi to take part in support and service Iraq Reconstruction Program
  
  
• Encourage Firms and Individuals from the UAE and from the Non-Iraqis residing in Abu Dhabi to invest in Iraq and take part in the projects and services required in Iraq.
  
  
• Maintain dealings with official, private and vocational establishments in Iraq to have an idea of the requirements and assist in making them available.
  
  
• Create an economical and social database and provide it to the parties willing to take part in reconstruction.
  
  
• Conduct specific studies aiming at making sound bases for investment projects in Iraq and propose them to investors in Abu Dhabi.
  
  
• Assist in finding means and experiences to rehabilitate manpower in Iraq.
  

• Create a mechanism for a continued dealing with Abu Dhabi Chamber of Industry and Commerce to fulfill the Council’s goals.
  
  
• Establish a businessmen center of Iraqi and Gulf businessmen in Abu Dhabi.
  
  
• Establish a developed information center in Baghdad to make the businessmen there familiar with the Council’s projects, relations, techniques, raw materials, funding contributions and developmental researches.
  
  
• Maintain a continued dealing with the new leadership in Iraq or with whom is to assume responsibilities in the future in order to have a permanent participation in seminars and conferences with researches and working papers and make use of recommendations made by such seminars and conferences as regards plans of development in Iraq.
  
  
• Open branches and offices for the Council in Iraq in order to find and develop projects and industries that fulfill the Council’s goals, collect the necessary information and data and establish relations.
  
  
• Convene seminars and conferences on Iraq reconstruction under the Council’s guardianship.
  
  
• Promote the council’s concepts and goals through academic and economic studies and holding economic seminars and making promotional programs therefore.
  
  
• Maintain and support a unit specialized in promoting the Council’s products in Europe, U.S.A. and Japan.
  
  
• Approach international forums to coordinate with them and make use of their experiences in holding conferences.
  
  
• Issue a periodical on the Council’s activities and the available chances.
  
  
• Print various manuals on the company’s annual activities including a manual for members that details their levels, experiences and products and pass it to all Iraq’s governmental departments and organizations, in the region and worldwide.
  
  
• Develop industrial, residential and other investment projects to be performed in Iraqi.Such projects are jointly owned by businessmen from both countries.
  
  
• Propose and maintain programs for mutual visits by the officials in both countries in order to enhance relations between the two countries in all fields.
  
  
• Cooperate with the Iraqi Embassy in the country in the cultural, economical and social fields.
