Academic Qualification:
1- In 2001, I got the B.Sc. degree in computer engineering from Baghdad University. My average was: 82.988, and my rank was the 2nd in my department.
2- In 2001, I got the 1st rank in the competition held for the firstly sequenced students graduated from Iraqi universities. I was granted the certificate that was called (Saddam Prize for Science).
3- In October 2004, I discussed my M.Sc. thesis with an excellent degree, and I got the M.Sc. degree in computer engineering from Baghdad University with a total average of 81.6. My rank was the 1st in my department.

I am a member of the Iraqi Engineering Union.
Job Record:
1- I've been working at Asiacell Telecom/ IT Department as system administrator since 15/6/2006 till now. Asiacell is the first & oldest GSM Company in Iraq. Now, Asiacell covers major parts of the country from "Mosul to Basrah" and its customer base reached to +2,400,000 subscribers. My tasks at Asiacell include, but are not limited to, the following:
A- Maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft domain controllers, managing user accounts, configuring and applying group policies, and other related issues.
B- Maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft exchange servers.
C- Maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft ISA servers.
D- Working with Veritas Backup Exec to provide backup services to Asiacell important data.
E- Managing, maintaining and troubleshooting hp and Dell servers, including their storage RAID configuration.
F- Installing, Managing and troubleshooting Antivirus Enterprise solutions such as McAfee and Symantec.
G- Deploying and Managing monitoring systems to monitor Asiacell systems and their services.
H- Designing, applying and maintaining security for Asiacell Systems and PCs.
2- I was teaching two materials (Internet and Object Oriented Programming) at the University of Baghdad, Al-Khawarizmy College of Engineering, Information Engineering Department from 1/10/2004 to 1/6/2006. I was a member of the lecturers staff of this department. I left the department because of the bad security conditions in Baghdad.
3- I worked at Netmaster ISP (Internet Service Provider) from 1/4/2004 to 15/7/2005 as a network administrator and troubleshooter. Netmaster ISP provides Internet access to houses and companies via wireless LAN.
4- I worked at the University of Baghdad, College of Engineering, Computer Engineering Department as a laboratory lecturer conducting drill sessions in C language, C++ language, multithreading and multitasking using API, and networking from 1/10/2003 to 1/6/2004.
5- I worked at the University of Baghdad, Al-Khawarizmy College of Engineering, Information Engineering Department as a laboratory lecturer conducting drill sessions in C and C++ languages from 1/10/2002 to 10/3/2003.
6- I worked at the Light House bureau for computer services from 15/6/2001 to 1/9/2003 (part time). My tasks were:
