Follow & Control all the Daily reports for each package day by day to put may company in the safe side with the other contractors and to monitor the site day by day 7. Make the Productivity rate for each package to build protect & professional program 8. Make and build the Presentation for each project to review it with our management team every month 9. Developed and Submission of detailed & Comprehensive Construction Program Including Resource Loading 10. Progress monitoring and identifying the potential problem areas obstructing work progress and proposing plans for improvement. 11.
