Experience and Responsibilities
5 years of experience in Electrical Services, Execution of High rise Buildings and Villa Complex and take the fellow responsibilities:
• Electrical project Engineer, responsible to follow-up on electrical and low voltage systems
For all type of projects
• Conducting periodic meetings with the Consultants and clients with all the preparation work of the
Project and implements the time schedule according to the Civil and other MEP works
And negotiation of claims, contractual correspondence whilst maintaining positive relations with clients and consultant
• Preparation of shop drawing / material submittals / Load Schedule / method of statements / man power planning.
• Power installation and surveys / Lightening installation and surveys /Earth system installation and surveys • Fire alarm installation & surveys/ Emergency lighting installation & surveys / voice alarm systems / Low current systems
• Co-ordination of MEP works with other trades and assures smooth completion of projects on schedule.
• Back-up power systems with generator / Building management systems (BMS)
• Management and control of all pertinent activities to the procurement of material
• Emergency breakdown and planned maintenance.
• Responsible to obtain approval of workshop drawings, material and evaluation of all variation orders
