Senior RF Optimization Engineer in OrascomTelecom/IraQna/Baghdad, and I was responsible for Management of Radio Network Optimization KPI's of particular parts of the Network to match the predefined goals, by making sure each cell in the network is performing properly, isolate all worst cells and provide an action plan maintained on weekly bases, making sure the number of worst cells in the network compared with the total network cells is kept as low as possible. And Traffic Management. TCH & SDCCH resource management, HR implementations – enabling & disabling, BTS upgrades/downgrades, new sites/minis follow up.
